JOB POSITION TITLE: TSG Planning & Property Management Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Department Head.
  • Provides technical support: design, planning, and drafting work for ongoing projects.
  • Provides technical support: property management, external relations, leasing, and any task that may be assigned by the Immediate Head/Business Unit Head.
  • Involved in design conceptualization, details, evaluation, project implementation, and internal work support for bids & awards, billing, and project closeouts.
  • Coordinates with Contractors, Suppliers, Consultants, and Proponents.
  • Identifies any problems, seeks efficient solutions, and conducts appropriate analysis and necessary monitoring.
  • Introduces innovative ideas, materials, and design before & during project implementation.
  • Provide inputs on designs to lower down costs of the project from the pre-design stage to the construction stage.
  • Provides assistance in the preparation & updating of CeFA for tenants, area tabulation, and load factor generation and issuance (using BOMA) in Excel, CAD, and PDF formats following approved Process Flow.
  • Reviewing & final technical evaluation of vetting plans, attendance to technical meetings, and on-site monitoring inspections for in-house projects being implemented including Building audits.
  • Establishes KRAs, KPIs, and other performance metrics per project and monitors team compliance.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or any Engineering course
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Design, Construction, and Property Management or similar role.
  • Licensed and Registered Professional (Architect or Engineer)
  • Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop & other media for rendering and/or editing.
  • Cost Estimate.
  • Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
  • Knowledgeable in various codes, standards, and laws related to Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Design.
  • Project Management.
  • Candidate must be willing to work on-site at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
