The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels. Referral fee/Sales commission will be provided for every lead generated that has been successfully converted as a sale.

Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute content strategies tailored for IT outsourcing, HRIS, and other software solutions, ensuring they align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences in key international markets.
  • SEO Optimization: Conduct on-page and off-page SEO optimizations, keyword research (using tools like SEMrush), and regularly update content to improve rankings. Track and improve the SEO performance of our key pages, aiming for top search engine visibility.
  • Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies through Apollo.io, Facebook ads, and other channels to generate high-quality leads.
  • Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow Decode Tech’s social media presence (on LinkedIn and Facebook) to reach potential clients in target regions, optimizing posts for engagement and lead conversion.
  • Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to create blog posts, articles, and landing pages on key services (IT outsourcing, HRIS, payroll, etc.), focusing on SEO and user engagement. Work with the content team to highlight Decode Tech’s USP effectively.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other tools to monitor campaign performance, website traffic, and conversion rates. Report findings and recommend adjustments for continual improvement.
  • Campaign Management: Design, launch, and manage digital campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they align with Decode Tech’s business objectives and budget.
  • Competitor Analysis: Develop competitor reports that assess marketing channels, SEO strategies, content types, social media engagement, and overall digital presence. Regularly present findings to the marketing and leadership teams to inform strategic planning and campaign adjustments.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in the IT or tech industry, with a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Content Creation Skills: Strong writing and editing skills, with experience creating SEO-optimized content for digital platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure performance and ROI and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an understanding of international markets and cultural nuances.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving digital marketing trends and strategies.
