Role Description

  • Communicates sales direction, objectives, targets to dealer(s); monitors performance and provide dealer regular updates.
  • Directly communicates and coordinates with key account(s). (Order, Allocation, After-sales servicing, follow-up, etc.).
  • Conducts regular field and store visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising dominance.
  • Take the lead in the implementation of projects/sales programs/blitzes that would increase sales.
  • Trains and coaches dealers' sales personnel and dealer network.
  • Monitors and validates dealer business model vs. SMART sales direction.
  • Maintains database of sub-key account network:

> Telco (sub-KA network, loading platforms)

> Network (agent network)

> Chain Accounts (retail chain outlets)
