Job Description

  • Supervises and mentors Product Managers, Associate Product Managers, and Product Assistants
  • Supervises and guides the product management and implementations teams to ensure that all existing cash management products meet the required business volumes and profit margins through continuous clients conversations, consistent service quality delivery and manage cost
  • Ensures that all cash management products are continuously updated on a timely basis, in terms of the service features and pricing packages to match the markets requirements
  • Coordinate with and support the Corporate Product Sales Team and Relationship Managers on the offering of Cash Management Services products to target clients until the full business potentials are realized, including the following activities:

a. Understanding the client’s requirements

b. Preparing of (customized) product and pricing packages, if necessary

c. Roll-out and implementation of innovations on exiting cash management service for

new arrangement and expansions

d. Providing assistance, as needed, in helping resolve client specific concerns

  • Supervises the coordination of activities with central processing supervises (CPS), branch Operations, other internal support units (ITG, EB, etc.), and external service providers to effectively communicate requirements and to ensure that all committed service levels are met
  • Suggest and spearhead operational enhancements to existing product offerings by reviewing current processes and introducing efficient new methods for lowering cost and increasing productivity
  • Manage product performance and profitability through the following activities:

a. Monitoring individual product performance against the defined goals

b. Assisting in review of individual client performance and recommend any re-

negotiation, as needed

c. Facilitating preparation of the relevant and timely financial performance reports and

updates, in coordination with MIS department

d. Provide regular updates and reviews on the financial performance of the various

products and key accounts

  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • 5 years CMS experience
