QA LABORATORY ANALYST / CHEMIST

Job Title: QA Laboratory Analyst / Chemist

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

· Conducts physico-chem analysis (%salt, pH, moisture, fat) of meat mixes, and finished product to confirm its physical attributes comply with the set standard.

· Performs test analysis of processed water on a required frequency.

· Ensure laboratory operations and test methodologies are executed accordingly.

· Facilitate calibration of tools, devices are updated in timely manner.

· Filling of documents and preparation of COA results in timely manner.

· Prepares and submits periodic status reports of laboratory trend results

· Send report for any critical issues related to product quality and safety.

· Revise and update procedures, work instructions, supporting documents and forms related to laboratory

· Assist investigations and conduct RCA to address quality concerns and complaints.

· Helps in product sensory evaluation and cooked-test assessment to check the product comply to standard specifications before release.

Requirements:

· A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related fields

· Open to fresh graduates with valid license as Chemist or Chemical Technician

· With at least 1 year experience in laboratory and quality assurance in a food manufacturing industry is an advantage.

·Working knowledge in GMP, GLP, HACCP and FSSC 22000.
