  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Drafts letters of demand and other letters
  • Attends case hearings
  • Answers queries of internal customers
  • Researches for pleadings and queries
  • Represents the Bank to different government agencies
  • Attends fact-finding investigations, creditor meetings for loan restructuring, real estate mortgage foreclosure
  • Monitors cases handed by other lawyers
  • Returns calls of internal customers

Qualifications

  • Competence in handling complex cases of all types.
  • Competence in drafting necessary legal documents needed.
  • Expertise in litigation.
  • Basic understanding of banking operations.
  • Core competencies: critical thinking; impact and influence; achievement orientation; communication skills; integrity.
