Job Title: Relationship Associate (Consumer Business)
Job Summary:
The position is primarily responsible for the day-to-day monitoring, servicing and maintaining of terminal assets and performance. The role will also include elements of merchant customer service, assisting and maintaining close ties with them. To job holder is also responsible to generate leads for potential affiliation to ensure business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Merchant visitations and extending customer service activities and establishing rapport with merchants and resolving issues
- Conducts outbound calls to merchants with a view to maintaining MCC presence and billings on MCC terminals
- Ensures all concerns, issues and/requests of the key contact are addressed on a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinates with different business units to provide immediate feedback to key contacts
- Consolidates reports on key issues/findings relevant to daily merchant visits / call outs and provide recommendations as necessary
- Prepares communication materials for updates and other relevant information on sales and promotional programs
- Monitor end-to-end merchant affiliation process adhering to set turn-around times and liaising with key parties in MCC to ensure completion
- Perform projects / responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time (eg. BORC, BCP, Cost Champion, Corp. Correspondents, Line trainer, e-Champ)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably graduate of business course
- Experience in merchant relationship from a credit card company or any financial institution is an advantage
- With at least 6 mos – 1yr sales experience
- Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be detail-oriented with superior follow through capabilities
- Willing to work overtime on weekdays, weekends, and /or holidays
- Willing to do field work within Metro Manila and provinces
