Job Description:
The position is responsible for overseeing the instructions pillar of the business group's (Thermal Power Plants) Technical Academy which mainly functions for the implementation of technical training and development programs for Operations and Maintenance. It will primarily create and update training materials, oversee the learning management system, and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
Ultimately, the role is involved in preparing and monitoring the annual budget, analyzing technical training needs, and collaborating with business group heads; and lastly, the Technical Training Instructions Head will develop and maintain governance documents, manage the Technical Career Track, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Engineering or any related field of study. Post-graduate studies in business and/or engineer is an advantage.
- Registered Engineer (an advantage, but not required)
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in technical training development and implementation, and/or preferably in operations and maintenance of a thermal power plant generation.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience
- At least 3 years of project management experience
This role will support the whole Thermal Business Group covering its operations across the country.
