Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary HR contact for the Philippines office, delivering comprehensive HR support.
- Manage end-to-end processes for onboarding, orientation, offboarding, and payroll coordination.
- Coordinate company events, including team-building activities, annual gatherings, and other corporate events.
- Address employee relations matters, such as conflict resolution, performance evaluations, and engagement efforts.
- Maintain full compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring policies are updated accordingly.
- Uphold and enforce HR policies, assisting with HR-related events, inquiries, and support.
- Support university recruitment programs, fostering relationships for entry-level hiring.
- Supervise office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 7 years of relevant HR experience, ideally within the tech industry or a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Quick to adapt, highly motivated, and eager to learn.
