- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to help them exceed their sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in sales & account management
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in data analytics
- Must be willing to work in Metro Manila and travel when necessary
