JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement programs, events, and activities.
  • Overseeing various employee engagement initiatives, measuring their effectiveness, and providing guidance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Communicate regularly with employees to promote awareness of engagement initiatives, organizational updates, and opportunities for involvement.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement programs and initiatives, such as recognition programs, wellness initiatives, team-building activities, and social events.
  • Execute employee engagement initiatives and programs while also assisting with various HR tasks.
  • Develop and maintain an annual calendar of engagement activities to ensure a diverse range of opportunities for employee participation.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and adjust as necessary to meet objectives and address feedback.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals and values.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and retention through proactive initiatives and interventions.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and management to integrate employee engagement efforts into overall HR and business strategies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in Human Resources particularly in employee engagement, or other HR-related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels in the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Video editing applications, etc.
  • Knowledge of best practices in employee engagement, organizational development, and HR policies and procedures.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Candidates must be willing to work on-site at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
