Duties:
- Review the design brief and develop a preliminary design.
- Prepare formal submissions and liaise with the building surveying consultant.
- Initiate and review tender documentation.
- Prepare the contract documentation.
- Administer the contract and inspect the work and progress.
- Liaise with the project leader and follow project quality procedures.
- Report to the project director or project leader.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent.
- Registered architect in the Philippines.
- Proficient in ArchiCAD.
- Proficiency in Revit and possession of the NZ Documentation qualification.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, residential, and retail design.
- Knowledge of building codes and sourcing environmental data.
- Ability to manage projects independently and work in a team.
- Team player: able to work with colleagues and supervisors
- Able to work with time-tracking applications (ScreenshotMonitor, TimeDoctor, etc.).
Technical Requirements:
- Personal Unit (Laptop) with at least an i5-core processor, 2.5 GHz, and 8GB of RAM
- Reliable ISP (at least 25 Mbps) and a working web camera
