Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Tech Support Specialist with mid-level experience in Microsoft Intune, as well as prior customer-facing experience in IT support, such as a helpdesk role. This part-time role offers an opportunity to be part of a long-term project that will grow into a full-time position as our project needs expand. Ideal candidates will have a solid IT foundation and be eager to learn our support software and processes, with training provided by company leadership.

Responsibilities:

Assist in configuring and managing Azure (Entra ID), Microsoft Intune, and MECM (SCCM) environments.
Support various technical tasks and project work, with hands-on responsibilities and guidance.
Engage in training sessions to develop proficiency with the company’s support software in preparation for future customer-facing support tasks.
Provide technical support as needed, maintaining a customer-focused approach and ensuring a positive support experience.
Communicate effectively with the team on task progress, troubleshooting challenges, and project updates.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in IT, with a customer-facing role such as helpdesk support.
Mid-level expertise in Microsoft Intune and familiarity with Azure (Entra ID) and MECM (SCCM).
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive learning approach.
Quick learner with a strong work ethic, motivated to grow within a long-term role.
Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
