- 1 - 2 years of professional experience in HR Generalist role

- Coordination and management of cooperation with external partners and service providers
- Ensuring needs-based personnel controlling
- Control and monitoring of personnel expenses
- Active monitoring and implementation of personnel development measures
- Support and advice for executives and the management in all personnel-related issues
- Further development and support of employees
