The Events Officer contributes to the creation of a strong BPI brand that will be the foundation for a differentiated brand experience that delights customers, whether visually or experientially, delivered in identified points of presence, through online or offline locations, consistent and conforming to standards, while at the same time creating value for the bank.
He or She manages and oversees the end-to-end implementation of marketing related events including but not limited to annual sales rally, excellence awards and annual stockholder’s meeting. The officer also manages the execution of negotiated media values, on top of what is stipulated in the contract.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implements execution of face to face and virtual events which are aligned with the marketing related direction, looking into elevating experiences through a delightful customer journey, execution, budget management, implementation, and postmortem analysis.
- Conducts agency briefings, technical and pre-production meetings
- Keeps internal partners up to date regarding event activities, progress and requirements and ensures that agreements and expectations are being met.
- Monitors and manages the negotiated values provided and consumed related to the sponsorships, including branding and merchandising.
- Manages the A&P and OPEX budget for Events.
- Ensures compliance with all Risk Guidelines in line with Vendor Accreditation, Engagement, Payments, and Documentation.
- Manages all Internal and External relations, professionalizing ways of working with proper documentation of Project Requirements, Agreements, Approvals, Activity Timelines, Delivery Dates, and Project Close-outs. This is in consideration of all supporting documentation needed for compliance with Risk, Party Agreements, Vendor Relations, Transaction billing, payments, and historical references.
- Standardizes the Events Management Processes through the enterprise, through the periodical review and update of the Events Playbook and BEM Operations Manual to the Segments, Products and Channels Groups.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in events management.
