CAD Designer(Contract) - Manila

We are seeking a new CAD Designer - Workplace for our Manila Studio, you will be responsible for technical documentation deliverables of Corporate Interior projects in the Manila studio and Space Planning Test-fits. You will be required to produce high quality and accurate full set drawings of various project stages from design development up to tender and construction stage.

In Brief

• You will work closely with the senior designers and prepare interior design drawings/ documentation sets given information and/or sketch drawings
• You will be responsible for preparing fully coordinated and accurate sets of tender, construction, as-built drawings for interior design drawing packages
• You should provide test-fit layouts, general arrangements and detailed technical drawings on AutoCAD in accordance with the timeline, quality assurance standards and project specifications
  
  
  

Requirements

What We Expect

• You have a 3-5 years' experience as an Interior CAD draftsman / CAD designer
• You have a Diploma in Interiors or Architecture with expertise and high level proficiency of AutoCAD and other company's preferred software
• You have an extensive knowledge in Space Planning by translating bubble diagrams and sketches to come up with creative solutions into CAD drawing
• You have an experience in Workplace Cabinetry Details
• You have a knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design
• You have highly attentive to detail, well-organised and reliable
• You have an excellent time management and organization skills
• You have an excellent coordination and communication skills
• You have ability to work well under pressure
