Altus Capital Partners is a strategic investor and asset manager, focused on special situations and structured finance investments in Southeast Asia. The business currently has footprint in Manila, Bangkok, Jakarta, Singapore, and Hong Kong with Business Development, Asset Management and Operations teams spread across the region.

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing various aspects of property management, including reporting, administrative direction, and team management. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, effective management of property portfolios, and driving business development opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting: Compile and review reports on property portfolio activities, lease offers, special assets, financial obligations, and consolidation efforts. Secure necessary approvals for financial transactions and strategic initiatives.
  • Management: Lead property and title management teams, focusing on strategic non-performing loan (NPL) management and financial coordination.
  • Administrative Tasks: Ensure accuracy in property records, manage title documentation, and oversee contract compliance for services and joint ventures.
  • Property Management: Negotiate terms with service providers, oversee tax incentives, collections, and manage lease approvals.
  • Database and Performance Monitoring: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of database records and tracking reports for joint venture performance.
  • Special Asset Oversight: Manage assets without possession, coordinate buyback programs, and lead special negotiations related to property management.
  • Business Development: Foster new and existing partnerships, enhancing business growth and client relationships.
  • After-Sales Service: Lead the after-sales team to ensure high standards of property maintenance and customer service, maintaining regulatory compliance and overseeing continuous team training.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in real estate or property management.
  • Good understanding of the real estate market in the Philippines.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
