We are seeking highly motivated Client Success Managers with strong HR backgrounds and a proven track record of driving outsourcing growth with international clients. Ideal candidates will be excellent communicators, detail-oriented, and possess experience managing client relationships within the recruitment, staffing, or BPO industry.
Job Highlights
- Monthly Rate: Approximately PHP 60,000
- Paid Hours per Week: 40
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10PM - 7AM or 11PM - 8AM Manila time
- Work Arrangement: Work from home
- Contract: Independent Contractor
Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will also be accountable for handling their taxes and benefits independently. The professional fees will be calculated on an hourly basis, and the offer may vary depending on how well you align with the role expectations.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with clients utilizing our outsourced staffing services.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing client concerns and providing expert guidance.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention by effectively resolving issues and challenges.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts.
- Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Team to fulfill client staffing needs.
- Partner with the Staff Services Team to ensure the ongoing performance and satisfaction of outsourced staff.
Requirements
- Minimum of 25 Mbps postpaid internet (for a two-member household)
- Personal computer with admin access (i3 processor or equivalent, 8 GB RAM)
- Noise-canceling headset
