JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Weekly KPI Reports
- Prepare and analyze weekly KPI reports for each of the 10-12 locations, monitoring key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
2. Monthly Category/Subcategory Reporting
- Generate monthly reports categorizing sales and performance metrics for each location (10-12 locations), providing insights into product performance.
3. Monthly Brand Sales Reports
- Compile and analyze monthly sales reports for approximately 60 brands, summarizing performance and identifying high- and low-performing brands.
4. Monthly Financial Reporting
- Export and format financial data on a monthly basis to support decision-making and financial analysis.
2. Inventory Control
5. Weekly Reorder Reporting
-Conduct weekly reorder assessments for 2-4 jewelry locations, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.
6. Stock Reordering Reporting
- Prepare fortnightly and monthly stock reordering reports for about 15 brands, ensuring timely replenishment of inventory.
7. Importing Purchase Orders
- Import purchase orders into the point-of-sale system via CSV files (approximately 10 per week), ensuring accurate data entry.
8. Product Code Creation
- Create codes for new products, including tagging, categorization, and price setting, to streamline inventory management.
9. Monthly Negative Inventory Review
- Conduct a monthly review of negative inventory, identifying discrepancies and coordinating necessary adjustments.
3. Webstore Coordination
10. Database Updates
- Update the webstore database with new brands and products, ensuring accurate and timely listings.
11. Copywriting
- Write compelling copy for all new products and brands to enhance customer engagement and support marketing efforts.
12. Image Management
- Harvest, resize, crop, and rename images for new products, ensuring high-quality visual presentation on the webstore.
13. Uploading Assets
-Upload product assets into Shopify, maintaining organized and accurate product listings.
14. Email Database Management
-Update and manage the email database, ensuring it is current and compliant for marketing and communication purposes.



JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency
-Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Suite: Demonstrated high accuracy and speed in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
2. Data Management Skills
-Proficiency in data entry software: Skilled in using various data entry applications, databases, and spreadsheet software to efficiently manage and manipulate data.
3. Attention to Detail
-Strong attention to detail: Committed to delivering high-quality work with precision, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and thoroughly.
4. Organizational & Time Management Skills
-Exceptional organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

5. Independent Work & Communication
-Ability to work independently: Self-motivated and capable of following instructions while taking the initiative to complete tasks proactively.

6. E-commerce Management Experience
-5+ years in e-commerce management: Extensive experience in managing e-commerce operations, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.

Must have experience with:
-SEO: Proven knowledge of SEO principles and practices to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.
-Google Analytics: Proficiency in using Google Analytics to track website performance and analyze user behavior for data-driven decision-making.
-Shopify: Strong understanding of the Shopify platform, optimizing online sales and improving customer experience.
-Xero: Familiarity with Xero for bookkeeping and financial management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
7. Digital Marketing Proficiency
-Knowledge of digital marketing tools: Familiarity with various digital marketing strategies and tools to enhance online visibility and engagement.
8. Project Management & Administrative Support
-Excellent project management skills: Ability to manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives.
-Proficient in ad hoc administrative tasks: Capable of completing additional administrative tasks efficiently and proactively as needed, contributing to overall team productivity.
9. Candidate Portfolios
-Presentation of portfolios: Candidates must present their portfolios to the client, showcasing their relevant experience and skills to facilitate informed hiring decisions.
