We need a Social Media Manager who is deeply in tune with the latest social media trends and can seamlessly adapt to new digital landscapes. This dual role involves crafting engaging content that speaks to our audience while supporting the team with administrative tasks. The candidate should be able to execute strategies autonomously and manage competing priorities effectively.


SMM responsibilities:

*Creating and curating engaging content for social media (posts, images, videos, and more).
*Planning and scheduling posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
*Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media.
*Analyzing social media performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations.
*Researching and implementing social media trends and best practices.
*Collaborating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
*Assisting in the development of social media strategies and campaigns.
*Staying updated on industry trends and changes in social media algorithms


Requirements:
- Gen Z Expertise: The candidate should be deeply familiar with Gen Z social media trends, and able to create content that resonates with a young, digital-native audience.
- Autonomy: The candidate must be a self-starter who can manage multiple tasks independently without much oversight.
- Creativity + Operations: They should bring a balance of creativity to the social media aspects and strong operational skills for administrative responsibilities.
- Mission-Driven: The client is passionate about commuter benefits and tax advantages; the ideal candidate should align with this mission and help amplify it through their work.
- Strong Communication Skills: Whether engaging with the audience or supporting the executive team, clear, concise, and proactive communication is essential.
