Virtual Assistant (After-Sales Customer Service)

Our administrative VA will be working mainly on back office tasks, making sure our business runs smoothly. Mainly on after-sales customer service, maintaining database and customer satisfactory by troubleshooting online with customer, arranging of after-sales services with in-house technicians on scheduling.
Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Replying customer messages on LIVE chat (mainly whatsapp)
2. Assisting customer to troubleshoot online, as much as possible (thus you have to be extremely familiar with our products - training will be provided)
3. Arrange appointments between customer and in-house technician if OFF-line support is required.
4. Confirm appointment with customer and issue document.
5. Organize database and contact customer for servicing of product.
6. Organize the email s that come in, respond to email s.
7. Schedule, book and confirm appointments for customer, update in database.
8. Liaise closely with your teammates in the internal company communication platform.
9. Issuing of invoices (if required to collect payment for appointments)
