ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND TALENT STRATEGY HEAD
Role Overview
This position is responsible for leading and managing the design, development, and implementation of organizational development strategy, systems, and processes covering organization structure, workforce planning, talent strategy, learning and development programs, and people change initiatives to strengthen the organizational capability of the company. This position facilitates internal OD consulting engagements with leadership teams to support corporate initiatives.

Requirements of the Role
- College graduate: Degree in Psychology, Management Engineering or related behavioral science
- At least fifteen (15) years of professional experience in the field of HR services, organizational and people development, with five (5) years in a leadership role
- Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills
- Expertise in managing multiple projects with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders
- In-depth understanding of the beverage business operations
ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND HR SYSTEMS MANAGER
Role Overview
This position is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing organization development initiatives: organization structure review, workforce and headcount requirements, job profiles and evaluation, and strategic HR systems and processes such as but not limited to succession planning, competency assessment, and development, performance management, in coordination with HR business partners and line managers

- Expert in managing multiple projects with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders and in-depth understanding of the beverage business operations
