Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, negotiating prices, and assisting customers with shipping solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong negotiation skills and customer service expertise in the e-commerce and dropshipping sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Outreach: Connect with potential clients via WhatsApp, presenting our fulfillment and dropshipping services.
Price Negotiation: Provide pricing information and negotiate favorable terms with clients to support their business goals.
Shipping Solutions: Offer various shipping options tailored to clients' needs, explaining costs, timelines, and any relevant details.
Customer Support: Address basic inquiries related to services, pricing, and other common questions about our processes.

Requirements:
Prior experience in e-commerce, sales, customer service, or fulfillment services.
Strong communication skills, especially in a remote/virtual environment.
Proficiency in using WhatsApp and other messaging platforms for business communication.
Basic knowledge of international shipping options and processes (preferred).
Excellent negotiation skills with a client-centered approach.
