The impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the Chief Financial Office the Collections Analyst is responsible for the collections of outstanding receivables, driving the reduction of DSO whilst enhancing cash flow through professional collections. Resolving any disputed items that are impacting the payment of invoices.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Collection of accounts receivables as defined by standards and objectives (i.e. days sales outstanding).
- Perform general accounts receivable maintenance such as resolving misapplied cash, credit balances, or other issues that impact the quality of aging data.
- Support cross functional staff in order to resolve collection issues.
- Contribute to group goals as defined by management.
- Interaction with clients via telephone and email.
- Complete any other adhoc requests as required by the Revenue Cycle Manager/Director or other business units.
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately.

Qualifications:
- Open to Entry Level candidates or with background in Financial industry
- Bachelor's degree required
