  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Main Objective of the Job:

  • To provide market outlook and updates within the local real estate industry for client and internal company use.
  • To formulate real estate business plans, highest and best use and market studies for clients.

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

To provide market outlook and updates within the local real estate industry

  • Conduct market research of all property land use across the country.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and local government units to obtain macro-economic data relevant to support the industry study.
  • Build and maintain historical database for all real estate land use.
  • Be updated to local and international market and current events.
  • Prepare presentation materials that will be of use for LPC and its clients.

To formulate real estate business plans, highest and best use and market studies for clients.

  • Perform site inspections and procure relevant photographic materials of the site.
  • Conduct an in-depth market research both primary and secondary data and must provide accurate data for every project.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and other institutions to obtain their plans, projects and macro-economic data.
  • Maintain a database of relevant information and data gathered during market research.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, but fresh graduates are welcome
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
