Location: Paranaque City (near NAIA 1 Terminal)

Reporting to : TA Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Source, interview, and schedule candidates who apply through different sourcing channels.
  • Manages and provides candidate pipeline to ensure sufficient applicant database to meet operational demand.
  • Facilitate job offers. JO preparation, offer negotiation and contract preparation.
  • Stay abreast in recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
  • Attend calibration meetings and coordinate directly with Hiring Managers for various updates on the requisitions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related course.
  • At least 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience.
  • Good stakeholders management experience a must.
  • Preferably with experience working in a BPO and/or recruitment firms industries.
  • Preferably with experience in handling both technology and volume hiring requirements.
  • Very good oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge of different interview techniques and sourcing methods.
