  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Technical Leadership: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading the technical aspects of the project. Create and oversee the technical roadmap in coordination with the strategic project manager.

- Technical Strategy and Architecture: Develop a technical strategy to ensure platform scalability and design consistency. Make decisions about the technology stack and system architecture that align with the project goals (e.g., cloud infrastructure, database design, and UI/UX framework).

- Team Coordination and Communication: Work closely with developers, designers, marketing specialists, and other tea m me mbers to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget. Organize regular meetings and status updates, facilitating communication across technical and creative teams.

- Quality Assurance and Design Oversight: Ensure code quality and adherence to UI/UX best practices. Conduct quality reviews and ensure design consistency and usability throughout the platform.

- Technical Documentation and Compliance: Document all technical processes and design guidelines, especially regarding data privacy and security (e.g., GDPR compliance). Ensure that design and technical standards are maintained and accessible.

- Design and UX/UI Collaboration: Collaborate with designers to develop a user-friendly and visually appealing interface. Ensure that all design elements align with the overall project vision and technical feasibility.

- Problem Resolution and Optimization: Manage and quickly resolve technical and design challenges. Continuously optimize the platform's functionality and design for a seamless user experience.

Requirements:

- Experience in Technical Project Management and Design: At least 5 years of experience managing technical projects, ideally with a focus on web development and UX/UI design.

- Technical and Design Expertise:
- Proficiency in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
- Experience in database management, API architecture, and frontend-backend integration.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, with hands-on experience in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Ability to oversee and evaluate design work, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.

- Project Management Tools: Proficient in tools like Jira, Asana, and familiar with CI/CD pipelines for workflow automation.

- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze technical and design challenges, proposing solutions that align with project goals.

- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate and coordinate technical, non-technical, and design requirements. Experience with cross-functional teams and an understanding of creative workflows.
