Junior to Mid-weight Graphic & web designer

Are you a driven and talented graphic designer looking to grow your career in a supportive, creative environment? I am an experienced brand & web designer looking to take my one-woman show and slowly but steadily grow into a thriving agency. This is the first step and I hope to find someone to join me long-term and learn fro m me to excel their own design career. This role combines hands-on design work with some administrative support, including setting up systems in Moxie CRM, creating workflow templates and some "VA" work during quieter months.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design layouts, finished art, and long-form documents in collaboration with the creative director/founder
- Rollout basic websites using WordPress Elementor from a base Home page design
- Work closely with me to bring web, branding, and document designs to life (including refining logos, laying out presentations & creating branding mocks)

Qualifications & Skills:

- InDesign: Proficient
- Illustrator: Proficient
- Photoshop: Basic knowledge
- WordPress Elementor: Basic (ability to build full sites from a home page is a huge plus)
- Experience working under a senior designer or creative director preferred
- Prior web design experience is highly desired
