Your Role
The Customer Relationship Officer assists Relationship Managers and Premier Center Head in handling customers from different business parties in delivering the right solutions for customers, in line with CFS aspirations and segment’s client value proposition (CVP). The incumbent supports the Relationship Managers and Premier Center Head in delivering efficient and quality service to customers.
Your Impact
- Provides administrative and client service support to Premier Center Head and Relationship Managers, in delivering the right solutions for customers, and in delivering efficient and quality service to Premier clients
- Address/handle customer queries including but not limited to features and benefits of MPI products and services, account management activities for special clients/ad hoc requests
- Collaboration with partner branches, Consumer Finance, Cards, Global Markets, Trust, and Bancassurance partner, for synergies via referrals and x-sell
- Provide account referrals and leads to Premier Center Head and Relationship Managers.
- Perform continuous relationship-building activities/initiatives, lobby management and provide high level of customer service
- Ensure compliance with procedures and control matters, and compliance to regulatory requirements/guidelines, and performing self-audit functions as assigned
- Serves as the main contact point of the various customer support units to ensure smooth account operations
- Serves as point person in the collation and transmittal of documents to the processing units (i.e. GMOS / Trust), Branches and other business units of the Bank
- Serves as main point person to liaise with other support units on consolidation of productivity reports, and other administrative functions of Wealth Management
Your Profile
- Graduate of any four (4) year business course. Bachelor Degree in Banking, Business Studies, Finance or equivalent
- Must have at least 3 years banking experience, preferably in branch operations
- Excellent communication and coalition building skills with an ability to balance, negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders; high level of knowledge and understanding in the subject matters
- Previous experience in selling investment products or as a relationship manager is an added advantage
