The Role

As a customer service representative, you will act as the primary point of contact for addressing all requests and inquiries. You will also be responsible for coordinating client needs with various divisions and partners within Realbase to effectively achieve client objectives

What you’ll be doing

The role involves ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet customer needs, handling Helpdesk calls professionally, and managing complex requests through Freshdesk. Responsibilities include resolving urgent artwork, office setup, and user management issues swiftly, and collaborating with the Creatives team for artwork adjustments. Efficient processing of system-related tasks, forwarding sales inquiries, and supporting product and supplier setup are also key. The position requires addressing template requests, troubleshooting system and product issues, and managing report generation and pricing problems. Additionally, it involves accurate processing of campaign fee removals, CRM requests, billing, and invoicing concerns, while supporting publication inquiries and client needs effectively.

Who are you?

  • Experience with Freshdesk: Proven experience using Freshdesk or similar customer service platforms is an advantage but is not required
  • Impeccable English Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Passion for Customer Experience: Strong enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Proactive Attitude: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and address customer needs effectively
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work during Australian shifts
  • Adaptability: Ability to work efficiently in an office or in a work-from-home setup
  • Experience: Customer service experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
