  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role: The Data Management Officer's main responsibility is to conceptualize, gather information/data, helps in the automation of reports. Delivers various sales reports, build dashboards, data management plans and other data management documentation as business needs

Responsibilities:

  • Extracts and Processes data into a useful form of information with variance analysis and highlights.
  • Checks processed data during information validation process.
  • Distributes the generated reports to the duly approved recipients depending on the level of data.
  • Creates/Updates new and existing report templates based on the agreed format.
  • Proactively review, identify and address issues that may impact the quality of the data, deliverables or timelines including data cleaning.
  • Assists and/or lead new data management initiatives such as development or enhancement of sales dashboards.
  • Coordinates with cross-functional group regarding unusual observation on the data generated and maintains constant communication until the issue has been resolved.
  • Performs duties or other responsibilities which may be assigned by the Management for employee’s growth or skills enhancement.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Graduate of any course or equivalent to Business Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Banking and Finance, Information and Communications Technology (ICT).

Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in data driven, statistics, customer data analytics, preferably in big data management and project management.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Expertise in data validation and developing data management plans
  • Collaborative team member with solid interpersonal skills
  • Excellent business writing and communication skills
  • High level of expertise in MS Applications such as Excel, MS Access and other reporting tools
  • Strong Background with Power BI, Power Query and advance knowledge in DAX functions
  • Knowledgeable in developing excel macro (Visual Basic for Application)
  • Deep understanding of database fundamentals, including relational database design and multidimensional database design
  • Willing to work long hours / weekends
  • Good mannered
  • Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
