  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Your Role

As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you are expected to:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process and ensure smooth operations.
  • Delegate tasks to Talent Acquisition Officers and monitor progress to meet headcount targets.
  • Establish strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders, addressing recruitment challenges and providing timely updates.
  • Analyze recruitment data and develop strategies to meet hiring targets and client needs.
  • Manage and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, promoting growth through regular performance reviews, 1:1 sessions, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.

What you will need

Non-Negotiables:

  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in talent acquisition, with 1 year in a Talent Acquisition Officer position.
  • Strong background in people management, stakeholder relations, and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in recruitment systems like Applicant Tracking Systems and assessment tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to drive recruitment strategies.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours and travel across sites based on business needs.
