As a Business Development Representative, you will be in charge of developing solid client connections and completing sales via all channels of communication. Possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills should enable you to discern the needs of your customers. You will be a key player in making powerful and effective sales presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Will be handling day to day activities of Sales/BD Team.
- Sourcing, negotiating and signing partnership with the top-tier, mid sized and Enterprise Merchants.
- Responsible for managing, negotiating, sourcing, and continuously building partnerships with third-party partners.
- Providing terms for a contract that will increase the close-won rate while keeping margin.
- Achieve monthly targets for unit sales and revenue.
- Ensure that customers receive the right goods and services in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience in sales or business development role, or working experience in partnership in B2B sales experience is a plus
- Strong desire in working in a start-up business and can handle evolving processes
- Great in presentation, negotiation skills, must be organized, diligent and requires minimal supervision
- Self-motivated and can work effective and efficient independently.
- Experience in the fintech industry is high preferred.
