Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated self-employed Customer Service Representative to support our dropshipping e-commerce business focused on customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. You’ll be the primary contact for all customer inquiries, handling questions and requests with a friendly and professional attitude. Email s must be answered within 12 hours Monday through Saturday, requiring you to check and respond twice daily. Additionally, you’ll handle communication with our supplier in China, requiring clear, frequent updates and precise coordination. This role has flexible part-time hours, averaging two hours per day, depending on email volume.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via email , ensuring responses within 12 hours, Monday to Saturday.
- Maintain high standards of customer care, ensuring quick, clear, and friendly service to minimize returns.
- Adapt to an evolving workload, with potential for additional hours.
- Possess a proactive, growth-oriented mindset with the aim to advance into a Customer Service Manager role.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, ideally within e-commerce.
- Strong written English communication skills; knowledge of Dutch is beneficial but not essential.
- Flexibility to work within European time zones and check email s twice daily.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to customer care.
