Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales and Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of experience to join our team. This role combines sales and marketing responsibilities, focusing on expanding our retail partnerships and enhancing brand presence through creative content and outreach strategies. The ideal candidate will excel in relationship-building, content creation, and strategic thinking, working closely with both sales and marketing teams to drive growth and engagement.
What You'll Do:
Sales and Retail Partnership Management
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage small bookstores, toy stores, and other potential retail partners.
- Research and compile a comprehensive contact list of prospective retail partners.
- Coordinate and manage the distribution of samples to prospective retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring smooth communication and ongoing support.
- Assist in coordinating orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and addressing partner inquiries or issues.
Marketing and Content Creation
- Create engaging content that highlights our brand, products, and relevant industry topics.
- Conduct outreach to influencers, bloggers, and media outlets to increase brand awareness and visibility.
- Research and develop viral marketing strategies, including engaging content for platforms like Reddit, to boost brand engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the team to write and distribute articles on topics like the history and relevance of logic gates and other related themes.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies, messaging, and goals.
- Provide insights and feedback from partner interactions to help shape marketing and sales strategies.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking outreach, relationships, and campaign performance.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a combined role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with content creation and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high level of organization.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer outreach, and viral marketing techniques.
