Responsible for attaining branch profitability /volume targets through delivery of quality service and for supervising branch operations to ensure efficiency and consistency with established bank policies and procedures.

Manages and supervises daily operations of the branch
Strategic Marketing Plan for the branch
Performs Approval Authority to the branch
Customer Service Manager
Qualifications
At least 5-7 years of experience in Branch Operations
Must possess strong Marketing Sales function.
Strong knowledge of Bank products and branch operations
Bachelor's Degree
