Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage RKA Home Market's total business objectives (Revenue, Volume, Financial and Execution).
  2. Provide solutions to identified gaps on business objectives.
  3. Clearance of negotiation plans from Account Management teams (Modern Trade Associate Managers, Modern Trade Specialists). Account list agreed and provided by Finance and RKA HM LT.
  4. Administer and lead routines to drive key agenda for the channel: Monthly business reviews, Quarterly Townhalls, Top Accounts Business Reviews, Account business planning.
  5. Approval of sales requests, contracts and other related matters.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Business-related courses
  • At least 7-10 years of solid Regional Key Accounts Management and Profit & Loss Management preferably in FMCG industry
  • At least 7-10 years of people management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
