- Executes all sales and marketing strategies as mandated by immediate management.
- Closely monitors the sales growth of all dealers / sub- dealers and users in your assigned area and ensures that all target quotas are met.
- Makes certain that the Minimum Retail Price is strictly implemented.
- Coordinates with local government and agricultural officials for all local activities in accordance with the company’s marketing programs.
- Ensures the constant and consistent supply of Invivo products is present in your assigned distribution network.
- Monitors both physical appearance and product performance of all products from store outlets to end users. Taking note of all changes / complaints and reporting them immediately to your Sales Director Constantly creates new store and farm accounts.
- Maybe called to conduct municipal and / or barangay wide seminars for backyards users.
- Provide assistance to all product users in both, pre-set schedule or on call service.
- Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Updating and Using Relevant Knowledge. Keeping up –to –date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
- Attends meetings, conferences, workshops and training sessions and reviews publications and audio – visual materials to become and remain current on the principles, practices and new developments in assigned work areas.
- Responds to client’s questions and comments in a courteous and timely manner.
- Monitors all TSRs, Gamefowl Specialist in the area assigned.
- Comply with any other additional projects given by the Sales Manager.
- Performs other duties assigned.
