Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is not only proficient in bookkeeping but also skilled in administrative tasks specifically in Odoo
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform bookkeeping tasks.
- Process payroll for employees on a regular basis.
- Assist with various administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Be available during core working hours and engage actively with tea m me mbers.
- Ability to work independently and figure out things.
*Requirements:*
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work hands-on and interact with tea m me mbers daily.
- Must be comfortable with being monitored during working hours.
- Knowledgeable in Odoo
