  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION

DAILY

  • Perform nursing functions like taking vital signs, administering injectable medicines, skin testing, and attending to emergency situations.
  • Encode treatment records of PLDT/Smart/Voyager/Pay Maya/Sun Cellular employees through the HOPS Healthcare Portal.
  • Retrieve treatment records of subsidiaries and affiliates seeking consultations and subsequently file treatment records after each consultation.
  • Assist doctors during minor operations and ensure the proper order of the operating room.
  • Conduct health teachings and instruct patients on the dosage and proper intake of their medication.
  • Monitor the health status of employees assigned to their clinics.
  • Facilitate the Annual Physical Examination of employees assigned to their clinics.
  • Record consumed medicines and issue Letters of Authorization and Green prescriptions used.
  • Compute and record sick leaves of all employees who go on sick leave.
  • Conduct daily census of hospitalized employees.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clinics.
  • Coordinate with hospitals regarding some procedures to be done and instruct and prepare patients for the said procedures.
  • Check daily medicine consumption submitted by the outsourced pharmacy.
  • Assist and coordinate in the preparation of the following:
  1. Accident Report
  2. SSS HP forms
  3. Maternity Notification
  4. Claims for Partial Disability
  5. Reimbursement
  6. Medical History
  7. HRMD Accomplishment Report

MONTHLY

  • Conduct inventory of supplies and instruments.
  • Inspect canteens to monitor proper hygiene, nutritional benefits, and cleanliness.
  • Prepare reports on daily activities of clinics.

OCCASIONAL

  • Facilitate and assist in the transfer of patients from one hospital to another or from PLDT Clinic to the hospital during emergency situations.
  • Attend to emergencies during outdoor activities sponsored by the company.
  • Conduct home visits of employees on prolonged sick leaves.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
