Educational Requirement
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any business-related course.
Relevant Work Experience
- At least five (5) years HR experience with specialization in talent acquisition/recruitment.
- With strong experience hiring for sales, marketing, credit, operations, niche roles up to executive level.
- Exposure in formulating innovative and effective recruitment strategies for both staff and executive level selection.
- Working knowledge of the Banking Industry
