Your Role:
We are seeking a skilled Paid Ads Specialist to oversee the execution of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, such as Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and others. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will guide them from campaign kick-off through to final delivery, ensuring all objectives are met with high-quality execution.
What you will you do:
Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through all phases of the campaign from start to finish.
Campaign Execution: Lead the coordination and management of timelines, ensuring all team members are informed and important deadlines are met.
Client Requests: Address daily client needs and requests, ensuring a strategic approach to all tasks and communications.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to gather, review, and present final campaign insights and performance metrics.
Performance Analysis: Evaluate campaign performance, offering insights, key learnings, and growth opportunities to improve future efforts.
Strategic Involvement: Participate in account strategy discussions, brainstorming sessions, and research projects to support campaign and client goals.
Problem-Solving: Anticipate client needs, proactively address potential issues, and develop solutions that contribute to the overall success of the team.
Creative Oversight: Ensure all creative assets align with the campaign scope and meet client expectations.
Presentations: Lead client presentations and calls, delivering updates, results, and strategic recommendations with confidence.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of client-facing experience, preferably within an agency.
- At least 1 year of experience in paid media advertising.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and client relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
- Ability to analyze campaign data, provide insights, and develop strategic recommendations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Experience leading client presentations and discussions.
