Role Overview
The Junior Digital Marketing Manager supports our team in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across various channels. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-5 years of experience who are eager to expand their skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support
- Assist in setting up, executing, and monitoring PPC, SEO, email, and social media campaigns.
- Track and report on campaign metrics, focusing on engagement, traffic, and conversions.
Content & Social Media
- Help create, schedule, and manage content across multiple platforms to maintain brand consistency and engage audiences.
- Monitor social media interactions and recommend strategies to boost engagement.
SEO & SEM Assistance
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and competitor analysis to support SEO strategies.
- Aid in implementing SEO best practices and optimizing content for search visibility.
Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Generate regular reports with actionable insights for campaign improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with content, design, and development teams to ensure a cohesive digital experience.
- Manage timelines and project deliverables for smooth campaign execution.
Client Support
- Assist in preparing client documentation and presentations.
- Occasionally attend client meetings to present updates and gather feedback.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: 1-5 years in digital marketing, including campaign management, content creation, and paid advertising.
- Skills:
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Eagerness to adapt to new tools, trends, and strategies in digital marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or social media advertising.
- Experience in an agency setting or handling multiple client accounts.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) or A/B testing.
