Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. Your role will be crucial in driving the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Proactively identify and contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services.
Cold Calling: Employ excellent cold calling techniques to effectively reach out to prospects, with a focus on achieving high conversion rates.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM software to track interactions with potential and existing clients, ensuring all sales activities are accurately recorded.
Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals, contributing to the overall revenue objectives of the company.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for generating more leads and improving sales techniques.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative, with a strong track record in sales.
Exceptional skills in cold calling with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
Proficient in the use of CRM software; experience with [specific CRM platform] is a plus.
Good to have knowledge and experience with Apollo (sales and marketing tool).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Shift is between 5pm-9pm EST and 3 hours a day.
