We are looking for a Junior Accounts Manager responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients. The Junior Accounts Manager will act as a liaison between clients and our Virtual Professionals ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
You Will:
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations.
- Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Develop account plans outlining strategic goals and growth opportunities.
- Manage our virtual professionals assigned to specific client accounts.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Work with internal teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurring problems.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
- Assist management with lead generation tasks.
- Undertake other ad hoc tasks that align with the role.
You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in account management or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the products or services offered by the company.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Experience using Asana and other project management software.
Schedule:
- Eastern Standard Time (9:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH time)
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php 25,000 NET per month
