We are a printing company that specializes in custom t-shirts, and we are looking for a remote Customer Service Representative/Administrator to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for answering customer email s and handling general admin tasks related to the printing process. This includes checking artwork files in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, invoicing customers, and ordering stock.
As the ideal candidate, you should have excellent communication skills and good written English, as you will be communicating with customers primarily via email .
Not essential but not if you are comfortable using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, even at a basic level - as well as other office software such as Microsoft Office./ or Google suite
If you have skills in finance or accounting, include these in your application.
Since this is a remote position, you should have reliable internet access and a quiet workspace.
This is a full-time position with a trial period of 3 days per week for the first month. During this time, you will work closely with our team to ensure that you are familiar with our processes and can handle customer inquiries with ease. You will also be responsible for keeping track of your own tasks and ensuring that you meet deadlines.
