RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop campaign strategies and assign specific goals, metrics, and activities to ensure brand performance and objectives are met.
- Proactively align with cross-functional departments and key stakeholders to ensure service quality and timeliness.
- Review and monitor brand/campaign performance to determine the effectiveness of strategies and relevance to the consumers.
- Propose different brand/campaign activations to improve overall brand/campaign performance and key metrics.
- Develop effective, cohesive and engaging brand campaigns and activations that can be heard, understood and are relevant by the target audience.
- Identify critical relationships between patterns, data, and trends. Provides workable solutions to improve overall cluster performance and key metrics. Research competitor’s strategy and trends.
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner or develop alternate / best possible solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related field.
- 2 years experience in the retail industry and knowledgeable in e-commerce platforms
- Flexible and have the ability to adapt to fast-changing marketplace/organization
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, aptitude for building relationships
- Be able to conduct simple monthly reports and give basic analysis and recommendation
- Willing to work daily onsite in Malate Manila, Monday-Friday
