RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop campaign strategies and assign specific goals, metrics, and activities to ensure brand performance and objectives are met.
  • Proactively align with cross-functional departments and key stakeholders to ensure service quality and timeliness.
  • Review and monitor brand/campaign performance to determine the effectiveness of strategies and relevance to the consumers.
  • Propose different brand/campaign activations to improve overall brand/campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Develop effective, cohesive and engaging brand campaigns and activations that can be heard, understood and are relevant by the target audience.
  • Identify critical relationships between patterns, data, and trends. Provides workable solutions to improve overall cluster performance and key metrics. Research competitor’s strategy and trends.
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner or develop alternate / best possible solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related field.
  • 2 years experience in the retail industry and knowledgeable in e-commerce platforms
  • Flexible and have the ability to adapt to fast-changing marketplace/organization
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, aptitude for building relationships
  • Be able to conduct simple monthly reports and give basic analysis and recommendation
  • Willing to work daily onsite in Malate Manila, Monday-Friday
