We’re seeking a skilled Freelance WordPress Web Developer to create and maintain custom WordPress sites. This role requires someone with strong design sense, technical proficiency in WordPress development (primarily WYSIWYG tools), and the ability to handle projects independently. The ideal candidate will have experience building responsive, SEO-friendly websites and be able to work with clients to turn their vision into reality.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain custom WordPress websites, ensuring they are responsive, secure, and optimized for performance.
Customize WordPress themes and plugins as needed, primarily using WYSIWYG tools and page builders.
Work with designers and content creators to implement design and content updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with WordPress sites.
Ensure sites are SEO-friendly and optimized for speed.
Provide training and documentation to clients as necessary.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a WordPress developer with a portfolio of previous work.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with WYSIWYG editors and page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery).
Familiarity with SEO principles and tools (e.g., Yoast SEO).
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with clients.
Knowledge of best practices in web development, site security, and mobile responsiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce).
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Figma).
