We are looking for an General Virtual Assistant to join our real estate investment company in San Fran, CA metro area. We buy and sell single-family houses directly from sellers or through brokers.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Ensure all documents are accurately completed and submitted on time
-Perform general administrative tasks to support the team and streamline processes
-Organize and maintain records and files for easy access
-Update and maintain transaction management systems and files
Qualifications:
-At least 3 years of proven experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Quick learner and adaptable to new tasks
-Exceptional attention to detail
-You enjoy working collaboratively but can also take initiative when needed.
-Creative mindset with the confidence to bring innovative ideas to the table.
This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 8am-5pm PST..

We will pay $4-$6 an hour and will grow with your growth.
Requirements:
-Minimum PC/Laptop processor: Intel Core i3 10th gen or equivalent.
-RAM: 8 GB or more.
