Job Opportunity: Recruitment Officer (Technical)

Our client, based in Makati, is currently looking for a skilled Recruitment Officer to support recruitment activities and provide qualified personnel for principal requirements within the assigned area. This role ensures the efficient and effective delivery of recruitment services and may involve participating in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform recruitment and selection tasks, ensuring the timely fulfillment of personnel requirements.

Develop and maintain a network or pool of potential General Manning Personnel (GMPs).

Engage in crew management tasks as needed.

Address queries promptly, maintaining high levels of customer service.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 0-3 years of relevant experience or specialized training.

Prior experience in crew management and recruitment, with a network of potential GMPs.

With exp. in Recruitment of Seabased and also with Crew Management.

With License like 2nd Engineer or 3rd Engineer."

Skills: Strong communication and management skills, technology-savvy, and customer-oriented.
